I am not here simply to help alleviate your symptoms; I am here to help you improve your life.

The heart of my work is to empower you to live your most authentic and soulful life. All aspects of who you are - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - are invited into the treatment room to be addressed and nurtured. I will see you as a whole, integrated person, as an infinite soul having a finite human experience, never as a specific symptom or diagnosis.

Each session will begin with a discussion about what is ailing you and what your specific goals are for treatment on that day. In each session, I will offer soulful life coaching where I may suggest things to try in your daily life to help you feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually.

After this brief discussion, you will receive energy work, where I will intuitively craft a treatment for you using a combination of acupuncture, shamanic practices, the Akashic Records, and Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine to help support the changes needed for you to move forward on your journey.
Soulful Life Coaching
The coaching portion of each session offers you the space to share what's going on in your world and what you're hoping for some support on. Armed with the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, shamanism, and the soul's journey, I will offer feedback and reflections for you to consider to help you come into a greater understanding of what is happening for you, why, and what can be done about it.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is whole-person medicine, treating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual ailments as a unified whole. With several hundred acupuncture points on the body, the gentle treatment will help resolve "the issues in your tissues" and provide a physical reinforcement for what we've covered in our coaching.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanic healing techniques address the spiritual nature of disharmony and disconnection, helping you be the fullest, most vibrant version of yourself possible, deeply connected to the natural world. When you are on the treatment table (often while receiving an acupuncture treatment), I will rattle and/or drum to connect with your spiritual support team to receive the insight, guidance, and healing that is most needed for you at the time.
Akashic Records Readings
Your Akashic Records are the records of your soul's journey. They hold all the information about where your soul has been (in this life and in others) and can answer the why's of the experiences of your current life. Accessing your Records can provide big-picture context and understanding to relationships, challenges, and situations you are facing or have faced in your life and bring deep validation, peace, and empowerment to your journey.

Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine
Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine is an energy healing modality which treats your energetic anatomy, which is just as detailed and specific as your physical anatomy. Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine balances the energetic and physical experiences of life and helps you regain deep alignment and peace. It is shamanic healing for the modern world.

For example, with SAEM we can attune medications specifically for your body, clear the energetic imprint of traumatic events (without continued mental processing), and help you live peacefully with modern-day electromagnetic energies (such as those generated by phones and computers).
