The heart of my work is to empower you to live your most authentic and soulful life. All aspects of who you are - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - are invited to the table to be addressed and nurtured. I will see you as a whole, integrated person, as an infinite soul having a finite human experience, never as a specific symptom or diagnosis.

Each session will begin by us discussing what is ailing you, and I will offer soulful life coaching to help make better sense of your experience. Sessions will then include energy work, where I will intuitively apply the most fitting combination of acupuncture, Shamanism, the Akashic Records, and Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine to help support the changes needed for you to move forward on your journey.
